i can see many other people also having the same difficulties as i had experienced. Over the years with my porn and masturbation problems ive noticed that my penis has reduced in size.

Just to give you a full picture. I masturbated usually 3 times a week for 8 years (the latter years 6th, 7th and 8th year i would do it every day). I have been doing penis exercises since October 2007. I got my exercises through online. Since I started the exercises, I never had erections so hard ever in my life. My purpose for starting was solely to improve myself for my partner, I wanted to straighten my penis, because I have a natural downward curve and I also wanted to add some size to my penis. I got great erections, I gained 1-1.4cm in length, 0.5cm in girth, my veins became more prominent (popping out), because of the improved blood flow.

I did the exercises on and off since I started. I went from my beginner routine to the intermediate routine. One of the exercises need you to stroke from base to head with “ok” sign and firm grip and stop at the head while applying pressure at head, and flexing pc muscle to pump blood in. I applied a little more pressure than usual on that day despite I had a 2-3 month break and needed to start again very lightly. For the first few weeks I had very MINOR occasional pain (pins and needles in the head area), and some times while urinating.

I stopped exercising immediately, and took a break, the pain was long gone 2 weeks later or so, but I noticed a difference in my erections, they were weaker than before. The corpora spongiosum(bottom muscle/spongy tissue) of my penis stayed soft during erections and my corpora cavernosum stayed hard during erections. Basically my erections got weaker than before, my corpusa spongiosum stays very soft during erections and this has an effect on my corpora cavernosa(side muscles) they are softer than before. I get hard erections when I sit down, because the blood flow/circulation is better while sitting than other positions. If I stand my erection is softer, and cant last long, where as if I sit it is hard. My penis-head doesn’t get inflated much, unless I’m close to ejaculation/climax. The spongy tissue/corpus spongiosum gets pumped with blood, but if I touch it its very soft. I also noticed that if I do my penis exercises, my erection gets very hard, but that gives me a temporary ‘erection boost’, and the real problem is not healed – Soft corpus spongiosum. I have given myself a lot of time to heal, 4 months and 2 weeks, but no changes have been made. I still have a soft corpus spongiosum, and I still get hard erections only while sitting. My erection during sex is good, but still weaker than before…my partner doesn’t notice but I notice it, because I ejaculate faster, weaker erections due to corpus spongiosum. What he proposed was some type of “vein litigation” on returning veins. This will reduce the outflow of blood. He said the operation had only a 30% success rate, as for most patients the veins would grow back, within 2-3 years. However the operation he considered very easy and with minimal risks.

I’m sorry not to bring better news, but that’s the best I have found out. It would be interesting if you could discuss this with your urologist and report back on the response. But I do advice to contact the very very best on impotence, as this condition is not a very normal one, or easy to fix.

I have this same exact problems, best wishes to you all, seeing how this thread is pretty old I hope that you all got the proper help for your problem. I however am suffering from this same situation. I suffered it during sex though, while having sex I bent my penis severely, there was no pain there or nothing, but I noticed a day or so after that my corpus spongious concaved inward, the top neck of it. The idea is to keep the erection beyond it’s maximum for as long as possible, it’s similar to clamping but includes an intense PC muscle work out.

I achieved a gain of 1/2” in length by this method alone long before PE techniques become so well known thanks to the internet. I have been doing them since I restarted PE a few weeks ago and I noticed that there is no blood spotting, which I usually get if I squeeze with an “o” grip at the shaft base. I manage to keep my erection beyond maximum for 20-30 seconds trying to pump as much blood in with extra PC squeezes, I will repeat this as often as I can until my PC muscle feels fatigued.

I couldn’t kind erect kegels recommended by anyone and there are many kegel threads, I was wondering does anyone include this in their routine? Does it go by another name?
HOT TOWEL WARM-UP (5 Minutes)

Soak a wash cloth in hot-warm water, wringing out the excess water. Wrap the cloth around the shaft of your penis (either flaccid or erect). Hold it there a minute, then repeat a couple of times. Dry off your penis well. This will ensure a good grip for the exercises you’re about to perform.

STRETCHING EXERCISE (25 to 30 minutes) 1. With the penis in its flaccid state, take one hand and grip firmly around the head of your penis. Be careful not to cut off too much circulation.

2. Pull your penis out directly in front of yourself. Stretch it as much as you can without causing pain or discomfort. Hold it there for 1 minute.

3. Relax for 10 seconds. “Twirl” your penis in a circular motion a few times. This gets the circulation flowing again.

4. Repeat Step Two again 4 times, except pull your penis in a different direction each time… up, down, to the left, and to the right. v 5. After you’ve completed all 5 pulls (1 minute each), you may repeat the stretch (steps 1-4) as many times as you desire. We recommend repeating the stretch around 5-10 times v GROWTH AND CIRCULATION EXERCISE (1 minute) Take the penis and whip it around gently. Whip it no more than 30 times, making sure you cup your scrotum with the other hand, otherwise it will bounce around and get hurt.

JELQING (MILKING) EXERCISE (10 to 20 minutes)

1.  Using Massage Oil, Hemp Oil, or Vaseline for lubrication, slide your fingers over the skin of your penis and apply all over. A few drops of oil will last for several hundred strokes. Don’t use soap or you’ll be sore for days!

2. With your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the penis shaft.  Pull downward. Stop at the head. Repeat, alternating hands. Make each stroke last about three seconds. This sensation should help you achieve an erection.

3. When your penis becomes SEMI-ERECT, make the American “A-OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.

4. Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently but firmly. Stretch downward and outward. You should still be in a semi-erect state. Make sure to touch the penis from the base the head. Note that the head of your penis expands with blood.

5. Switch to the right hand and do the same thing, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic (“milking”) motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head.

Do 200-300 strokes/day at medium strength for the first week. (10 minutes)

Do 300-500 strokes/day at medium-full strength for the next week.  (15 minutes)

Do 500 or more strokes/day from then on, and strong as you can make them.  (20 minutes)

(If you find yourself getting an erection during this exercise, squeeze harder to discourage it or simply wait until it subsides. You can encourage circulation afterward by slapping your penis up and down 25 – 50 times.  Do this exercise 5 days a week. Remember to keep your penis only partially erect. If you feel the urge to ejaculate, pause milking and wait for the urge to subside.  Holding back is an exercise in restraint, which instills a sense of self-control.)

PC EXERCISE (5 minutes)

Refer to the directions as to how to find your PC muscle. Do different variations of these exercises each time you perform your workout. You can also do PC exercises throughout the day while you’re driving, watching t.v., whatever.

1. Perform quick PC CLAMPS. Squeeze and release, over and over. Start with a set of twenty, then build to a hundred or more. Do at least 250 PC clamps every day, for the rest of your life. Your goal is to be capable of creating 1,000 clamps a day.

2. Practice LONG SQUEEZES by holding the PC muscle clamped tightly for thirty seconds, or as long as you can.

3. Try doing STAIR STEPS: tighten and loosen in increments. Tighten for a couple of seconds, loosen for a couple of seconds. Do it over and over again.

4. PC FLUTTER: Tighten the PC muscle as slowly as you possibly can. Once you’ve finished the slow squeeze (to where you can’t squeeze anymore), let go. At some point it will “flutter,” and you’ll feel energy sparkling up your spine. Concentrate on deep, slow breathing while you do this. This is great for restoring energy when you’re running down!

5. When you urinate and you want to let those last squirts shoot out, you use your PC muscle in the other direction. By doing this you’ll feel your anus open and the sensation is different. This is called the PUSH OUT PC.

MASSAGE AND WARM DOWN (5 to 10 minutes)

After your workout, gently massage your penis for several minutes. If you prefer, you can do this with an herbal enlargement cream. After massage, you can either apply another hot compress as you did at the beginning of your workout, or you can place your penis in a bowl of lukewarm water for another few minutes. The “Hot Towel Warm-Up” Exercise You Should Always Do Before You Do A Penis Enlargement Workout – by Randall Magwood

I’m going to tell you what you should do every-single-time you’re about to perform a penis exercise workout.

What is it that I’m talking about? Well, you need to warm up your penis!

Just like you stretch before you lift weights… you need to (absolutely critical) warm-up your penis before you do your workouts.

WHY?

It’s simple:

After you feel that your penis has been stretched out thoroughly, massage yourself to a partial erection.

After stretching out your penis as outlined above, get a large washcloth and soak it under hot water for a minute or so. Stand in the tub and wrap the wash cloth around your penis and testicles. This will feel HOT and you will be tempted to pull it away, but persist because the hot sensation will go away very quickly.

Now, sit on the edge of the tub with your feet in the tub so that you will be comfortable and the water dripping from the cloth will run into the tub and not the floor.

Hold this cloth onto your penis and testicles for 2 minutes, and repeat the process 5 times to ensure the cloth keeps its heat. This warm up is done to promote and keep blood within the penis, keeping the blood spaces larger and more flexible. This will aid in faster progress and size gain, as well as promote good blood circulation.

That’s all to the hot towel warm-up! Remember, always do this before and after your workout. This will almost guarantee faster results with less chance of spots, bumps, and injury from an unprepared Corpora Cavernosa (penis).
The idea of circulation is carried easily into the concept of a hot wrap. Heat allows blood to flow more easily through the body, and circulation is always conducive to healthy function. The premise of this procedure is to draw more blood to the penis before engaging the other exercises, making their action more effective.

STEP 1: Take a washcloth or rag and place it in steaming water. NOTE: make sure that the water is not overly hot, as this will result in possible damage. Check the cloth by picking it up and placing it against the skin of your abdomen and test whether you are able to hold it there. If so, continue with step two.

STEP 2: Wrap the cloth carefully around the phallus, covering the entire length of the shaft. It is important to close off the end of the cloth closest to the tip, to prevent the flow of colder air. Hold the cloth on the penis until it either cools to a temperature that you can no longer feel through your skin (i.e. lukewarm) or two to three minutes have passed. When you remove the cloth the penis should be a reddish color due to the increased flow of blood. If for some reason it is not entirely red, repeat step one and two again. Possible problems could be the temperature of the water or your general body temperature. It helps some men to wear warm clothing on the upper body for these exercises.

Several materials can be effectively used as wraps. I prefer self-adhesive sports bandages. Generally the more expensive ones work better, as they usually have better adhesives that last longer. A single wrap can be used for several days and washed for hygienic reasons. After the adhesives wear off or the stretchiness is gone, simply toss the wrap and cut a new one. A roll of adhesive bandages will last several weeks.

HOW TO PERFORM PROPER TRACTION WRAPPING FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT
1.Roll out and cut approximately 18″ of wrap (you may adjust this if necessary).
2.With your penis in a flaccid state, grip your glans with 2 fingers. (Your thumb should be closest to your stomach and your finger behind the glans.) Stretch your penis out as far as possible.
3.Take one end of the wrap and place the outermost edge just behind the glans.  Hold it in place with your gripping finger.
4.Wrap 2 or 3 turns just behind the glans and start working your way up the shaft.
5.Wrap as far as possible up the shaft and secure the loose end.

As a bonus, I have found that traction wrapping is also effective for glans enlargement. After Step 4, I like to push and Kegel blood into the glans as I wrap. The wrap serves as a tourniquet to keep the glans engorged. I “pump” it full of blood until it feels like it is going to burst. It swings like a pendulum.

The warm-up exercise is an essential part of your penis enlargement routine. The basic idea behind warming up is to prepare your penis for the work out you are about to perform. The warm up will increase blood flow, loosen up the ligaments and prevent any bruising to your penis. Leave it there for a minute or until it cools, then repeat the process for 5 minutes or until you feel you are ready to perform the exercises. Another alternative is to have a hot bath/shower for at least 10 minutes. While you are sitting in the bath gently massage your penis. After you have finished the bath your penis should look like it hangs lower and is thicker. This is because the heat has increased the blood flow and loosened up all the ligaments and muscle around your groin. I usually go for the bath option because it is relaxing and my penis feels more ready for the work out. But if you are restricted by time the hot towel wrap will do just as well. I also recommend performing a warm down exercise. This is just the same as the warm up exercises except performed after your exercise routine. You may want to do the hot towel as a warm up and have a bath as a warm down, it is up to you but I can not stress enough the importance of performing these exercises.

Warming up before beginning any penile exercises is essential because it increases blood flow to your penis. For Jelqing, you cannot even perform the exercise without being warmed up. However for length stretching they may seem less essential because it requires less blood-flow. Don’t make the mistake of missing a warm-up routine, it can cause penile bruising and nerve damage.

If you find completing the warm up and warm down inconvenient then just perform your PE Exercises while taking a hot shower. The warm water has the same effect as a hot towel, and you can easily massage your penis to a semi-erect state while bathing.

I believe the best place to perform manual exercises is in the shower, because its so much more convenient.
How To Warm-Up Properly

Step 1: Put hot water on a small hand towel or cloth until its completely soaked. Squeeze out excess water, but leave enough so the warm temperature remains.

Step 2: Massage your penis to a semi erect state, around 50%. This is very easily performed in the shower with soap by mach masturbating, however it can be done outside the shower as well.

Step 3: Wrap the warm towel or cloth around your penis, completely covering your shaft and penis head.

Step 4: Perform 10-15 kegels while wrapped in the towel to get your blood flowing and your capillaries expanded and read for exercise.

Step 5: Remove towel or cloth and dry off your penis. Begin your penis exercise routine.

Your warm-up should take about 5 minutes, and after you complete your exercises you should always complete a warm down routine as well.  It sounds time consuming but an extra 10 minutes to guarantee your penile health and virility is a small trade off.
Value of Hot wrap.
I got in the habit of a post-exercise hot wrap long ago and found that it seemed to help with any spotting and was also conducive to eliminating a post-stress shrivel. This habit stuck around as a post hanging recirculation/rewarming activity. I have recently stopped it due to some disscussions on lig temp/cooling in the stretched state. What I’m wondering is for those who do an additional PE exercise after hanging, do you find the lack of a warm-up hot wrap results in any discoloration or lack of engorgement? I found I can actually recirc well after hanging just by P.C. work and achieving an erection without the need for a wrap. However, I’m leary of doing a uli or head size wrap without a pre-exercise hot wrap. Also, I can see the reason for not hot wrapping after hanging due to temp reasons, but if a hot wrap increases circulation and causes the penis to hand fuller and lower, does that not keep tissues in a slightly extended healing state? I’m familiar with the 103 degree optimum and the cooling while stretched theory, but does anyone really know what the critical time is or if there really does need to be any amount of time beyond cooling while stretched and a hot wrap? Seems the penis and surrounding tissue cools in a stretched strate while hangin’ pretty well via vascular constriction under load. Admittedly, I am a bit confused here and could use some insight. I see what you are asking. For a guy doing three or more sets in a row, it would not be as much of a concern. With you doing your present routine of 3 sets, each at a different time during the day, it does present a problem.

I don’t know what the optimum cool down time is, but I would think with the body’s ability to take care of itself and regulate/equalize heat, our hot wraps only effect the area for a very short time after the wrap is removed. Wouldn’t your ligs have cooled down by the time you removed your hanger, if you stopped the heat half way through the set? And the PC exercises to restore circulation would also effect the temp of the ligs (assist in the return to “normal operating temperature”), I would think. I don’t know, I’m just asking.

Kind of a damned if you do and damned if you don’t type situation.
Jelqing For Penis Enlarging – The Hot Towel Wrap

Performing jelqing exercises for penis enlarging requires a very important step which many people leave out, and thus don’t experience results as quickly as they could have. It involves the hot towel wrap. Here’s how to add the hot towel wrap to your jelqing routine.

1. The hot towel wrap needs to be applied before you begin jelqing.

First, begin with light massaging to achieve a semi erect state. Then take a very warm or hot towel (obviously not too hot) and wrap it around, holding it for up to several minutes. Then you want to again perform light massages, and again the hot towel wrap. This should be repeated 2-3 times.

Essentially this is considered a “warm up” before you begin the exercises, which in turn makes the exercises much more effective, as well as much safer. Many people jump right into jelqing, avoiding the hot towel wrap warm up and are usually disappointed when results don’t occur as fast as they should.

2. The hot towel wrap should also be applied after your jelqing exercises.

After you are done performing your jelqing exercises, you should also use the hot towel wrap technique. This can actually extend the benefits of your jelqing exercising because you are maintaining increased blood flow by performing a hot wrap.

Unfortunately most guys finish their exercising and call it quits, rather than taking a few minutes to warm down with the hot wrap which not only greatly increases the jelqing benefits but brings on better, and quicker results than without it.

You can choose to do the post warm down in the same manner as the warm up (wrap then massages then wrap), or you can simply just apply the hot wrap for several minutes and warm down in that manner.
Stretching the penis is one of the most basic yet the most effective male enhancement exercises for many reasons. The following types of penis stretching exercises require little equipment except for your hands and a small hot towel as well as 15 minutes of your time each day.

4.Pull your penis to the right, hold for 10 seconds, and relax your pull.
5.Pull your penis to the left, hold for 10 seconds, and relax your pull.
6.Pull your penis upwards, hold for 10 seconds, and relax your pull.
7.Repeat the process with your non-dominant hand except that you should pull downwards instead of upwards.
8.Repeat the entire process for 3 to 4 more times.

Hot Kegel Stretch

The hot Kegel stretch is an advanced penile stretching method that combines three other methods, namely: the basic stretch to stretch the penile tissues; the hot wrap to keep the penile tissues elastic; and the Kegel to increase the tension in your pelvic floor muscles. Regular application of this method improves on your results.
1.Bring your penis to the suggested 50-75% erection level.
2.Apply the hot wrap around your penis. Dip a clean small towel in warm water; the temperature should be tolerable when the hot wrap is applied to your penis or else you can suffer from burns.
3.Stretch your penis by following the basic stretch forward motion and hold the position for 10 seconds.
4.While holding the position, perform Kegel exercises by tightly clenching your pelvic floor muscles for 5-10 seconds; breathe normally. Slowly release your pelvic floor muscles but continue holding your penile stretch position.
5.Repeat the process for 3 more times but be sure to alternate between your hands for each set.

A Few Tips

While stretching may be easy and simple to do, you should keep in mind the following tips.
◾Pull on your penis with sufficient force to stretch its tissues but not so hard as to feel pain. When you feel pain, then you are likely pulling too hard.
◾Be aware of the sensations during and after stretching. If you feel a slight tingling sensation, or a feeling of fatigue, or a sense of itchiness, or a minor burning sensation, then you are on the right track. This is because the stretching is akin to flexibility exercises.
◾Use any type of grip you are most comfortable with (e.g., masturbation grip). The more important thing is the position of your grip – the best location is one inch below the glans while the worst may be the head of the penis as it is the most sensitive part.
◾Apply a small amount of lubricant to your hands before stretching. You can also use rubber gloves and baby powder.

2.Next, grasp the base of your penis with one hand making the OK sign. Your palms can face either away or toward you – whichever is most comfortable. Your grip should be gentle, but firm. Now draw that hand all the way to the bottom of the head.
3.At this point, use your other hand to form an OK sign and do the same thing, as you release the grip of the first hand.
4.As the second hand reaches the head, you will grasp your penis again in the same manner and “milk” your penis down to the head.

Head (glans) triples in size during jelqs…normal?

I’ve been jelqing everyday for the past 2 months in a 5 days on, 1 day off routine, and from day 1 my head (glans) always ended up tripling in size during the jelqing.

I started the first month with 15 minute jelqing, and then the second month I moved onto 30 minutes of jelqing.

Regardless, every single time I do it, within a minute or two, my head becomes TRIPLE its regular erect size…and to be honest, it’s scary.

Since it’s becoming triple the size, the head of course feels rock hard…seriously though, so hard that I can’t even push into it a little.

After only 2 months of jelqing I have definitely noticed a slight increase in girth, but what I am wondering is if it is normal for my head to “blow up” during jelqing…or am I doing a completely different type of exercise aimed for the head that I am not even aware of?

All I’m doing is your standard jelq….50 – 80% erect, tight ok grip starting from base, slow 3 second movement to just below the glans, alternate hand going into ok position and squeezing right before the primary hand releases….repeat.

Afterwards (like most of you I assume), my dick is in a state of “girth shock” where its girth remains nice and plump for the next 15 – 20 minutes even after exercises (not just the head)… and the only way to make my penis to shrink back down to its normal flacid size is if I hop into the shower for an ‘instant shrivel reflex’ from the contact of the water.

But I’m wondering…is my head ever going to become the size I see it literally ERUPTING to during the jelqs…but on a more permanent basis? Cause from my perspective, it looks like a scary monster in the middle of jelqing with the triple sized head it becomes, and I lose myself into a state of awe where I’m thinking, “Holy shit, this can’t be my penis, it can’t be!”

Unfortunately of course, as soon as the jelqing is over, it dies down to a lesser impressive head size, but still bigger than usual.

So will I ever obtain what I currently believe is a “monster sized head” only to find myself jelqing to an even bigger monster size in the future? Or is the size I’m tripling to during the jelq the highest I can ever expect to see in the end?
Triple the normal flaccid size? Yup sounds reasonable. You may however be jelqing with too hard a grip for your erection state or a lower erection than you think if you feel the pressure increase greatly as each stroke progresses (this ultimately leads to the baseball bat effect). Its a little like doing a uli #3 with every stroke.

Will you ever reach that size? Probably if you persevere for long enough. Of course by that time when you jelq your head size may become triple your current triple size 😉

The fact that your penis remains large for some period after jelqing is a sign of a good workout. Do you use a hot wrap after jelqing? For me this reduces the post workout pump a little and makes the penis feel more dense.

The Jelq technique is performed by forcing blood through the penis shaft to increase the internal pressure while maintaining that pressure with consistent strokes.

Similar to resistance training or lifting weights- this pressure results in controlled damage or micro tears in the structure of the penis. This damage mostly heals overnight however overworking or many continuous days without rest will slow the penis enlargement process.

The Jelq exercise is performed by making the ‘OK’ hand gesture, by joining your forefinger and thumb together. With these fingers joined, grip the base of the lubricated, partially erect penis firmly restricting the blood flow, and then slide your hand forward towards the tip of the penis to create pressure. Once your hand has reached the top of the penis, perform the same motion with the second hand. Continue with this process continuously swapping hands for a number of strokes with each stroke taking approximately three seconds.

It is recommended that before jelqing is started with and followed by a warm wrap, to relax the tissues and minimize chances of injury.

How to Jelq: Step-by-Step
1.Using either hand, make the ‘OK’ hand gesture and grip the base of the penis while semi-erect.
2.Stroke forward towards the tip and stop just before the top glans.
3.As the first hand reaches the top of the penis, using the free hand make the ‘OK’ grip and lightly squeeze the base of the penis.
4.With the second hand stroke forward toward the glans, stopping before the glan at the top.
5.Continue stroking and alternating hands to create pressure along the penis shaft.

Things to Consider When Jelqing

Jelqing to naturally increase penis size is a simple task; however there are some key concepts that can take time to master, which can really help with the process.

Erection Level

Before you start jelqing it is important that you have the appropriate erection level.

If you jelq with too low of an erection or too soft of a penis, you won’t be forcing enough blood/pressure through your shaft to expand your penile tissue which gets your penis to grow.

If you jelq with too high of an erection or too hard of a penis, the same true as well- your penis will be to hard to create tissue expansion. Jelqing with a full erection is more like masturbation than jelqing.

As a general rule; your erection level should be at least 50% to 80%, with 0% being completely soft or flaccid, and 100% being highly stimulated and rock hard.

It is thought that jelqing with moderate blood flow (60-70% erection) will lead to greater LENGTH gains, while jelqing with high-moderate blood flow (70-80% erection) is better for GIRTH.

Other experienced veterans suggest the reverse is true. Either way, I suggest that you use a combination of both, naturally throughout this process you will jelq with varying levels of blood flow.

Initially your penis will need to become accustomed to the pressure levels and jelqing with erections higher than 80% should be avoided. Over time as you progress, aim to increase intensity and duration of the penis exercises for optimum size gains.

Grip

As shown in the video, Jelqing is preformed with an ‘OK’ grip.

You can use you index finger and thumb or your entire hand.

The ‘OK’ grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (standard grip) and palms down (overhand grip).

The ‘OK’ grip as previously mention is done by joining the forefinger and thumb together which creates a circle. Your fingers do not need to actually join provided it can trap the blood efficiently; this is known as the pinch grip or U grip. The U grip applied vertically is most effective for working the corpora carvenosa (CC), encouraging girth gains.

Effective penis enhancement comes from thoroughly working the entire penis by varying the grips throughout the jelq exercise; It is important however to maintain the grip strength and style during the stroke, only introducing variations at the start of a stroke. It is also best to start with low intensity for at least a minute, working towards full intensity (grip strength) to avoid spots and injuries.

•Diameter – Using your forefinger and thumb encircle the penis shaft and adjust diameter to maintain strength (see below).
•Strength – The grip strength will need to be adjusted to match the erection level in order to maintain proper pressure during each stroke, it should be firm but not painful.
•Consistency – The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke while avoiding an increase in grip strength or hand rotations during the stroke.
•Start at the base – The grip should be applied as low down on the shaft as possible above the testicles.

Angle and Position

We suggest you use a variety of angles, based on your goals.

The upward angle (penis pointing towards the ceiling) which generally indicates a high level of erection can be used to stretch the Tunica; which is harder to stretch then the ligaments in an effort to minimize length gains and increase girth gains. A standard OK grip should be used, however keep in mind that it is harder to grip the base of the penis at this angle.

Alternatively, the downward angle will place more strain on the ligaments promoting length gains. Using the overhand OK grip with a semi-erect penis at a downward angle, it is easy to grip close to the base of the shaft and create a great pump effect from each stroke.

To enhance penis length gains, pull to the left with your right hand and pull to the right with your left hand; using the standard OK grip, or pull in the same direction as the hand with the overhand OK grip. This stretches the ligaments with a focus on each side with each stroke to promote length growth.

Body Positioning

We suggest you do whichever is more comfortable for you.

Many find jelqing while standing up is effective in increasing the initial blood pressure in the penis.

If standing does not prove comfortable or practical, sitting with legs raised above the level of the penis should also help both in terms of blood pressure but also ease of access to the penis.

Time for jelqingStroke

The speed of each stroke is very important and should not be less than 3 seconds. It is very easy to start at a good pace but then increase speeds if concentration is lost. Timing each stroke is a great way of minimizing this issue either by counting ( ‘one-one thousand, two-one thousand, three-one- thousand’), using a watch or metronome to ensure speed is consistent.

Potential Side Effects and Dangers

Red Spots and Discoloration
•Small “pin sized” red spots. If you are new to jelqing you can experience small “pin sided” red spots that appear the day after a jelqing session. These “pin sided” red spots usually appear on the head of the penis. They are nothing serious and not a sign of any sort of permanent damage. The spots are usually the result of small capillaries bursting. Although that sounds serious, it’s not. This is common because your penile tissue is not used to being stretched or fatigued. Simply taking a day or two off will make your capillaries return to normal and usually stronger than before. After you become more accustom to jelqing, you won’t have this issue.
•Larger red or purple spots. Like the smaller red spots, this is nothing serious, but rather evidence that you should allow more time to recover. These are essentially bruises from a workout, not necessarily indicating the your training was too strenuous. Still, take 48 hours off (or until the bruises go away). These heal quickly, just like any other bruise.
•Mid-shaft discoloration, brown band. It is the result of not taking time off when first noticing discoloring and/or not warming up for long enough. Techniques for Reducing or Preventing Jelqing Discoloration

Warm Wrap and Massage.
Before and after you exercise, take a warm washcloth and massage your penis. Wrap your penis with the washcloth and use your two thumbs to massage it. Apply cocoa butter and massage that in there as well (after your jelqing session).

ace-bandTheraband/ACE Wrap.
To prevent (or reduce) discoloration wrap the discolored area your penis with a theraband or ACE bandage wrap after your workout. The wrap should be tight enough to SLIGHTLY reduce blood flow but in no way to significantly reduce blood flow to your penis. This is make certain that your penis isn’t full of blood while your tissue is recovering. In my opinion, however, you shouldn’t restrict blood flow to your penis unless you are using a penis extender to lengthen it in the process. Restricting blood flow slows the recovery process.

Your penis needs all the red blood cells, hormones and nutrients it can get to get bigger and stronger.

The above methods are effective for most guys, they are not an overnight solution however. Both take time.

Other Jelqing Considerations

Warming up.
In my opinion it is a good idea to warm up. Getting into the shower for 5-10 minutes and letting warm water run on your penis is the easiest way. You can also use a warm washcloth, warm water bottle, heating pad or just put your warm laptop on your dick (we’ve all felt how nice that feels). Warming up before jelqing is not necessary according to seasoned jelqers. Their penises are strong and used to the training though. If you are new, I suggest warming up, especially if you are going to do manual exercises when you need your dick to be elastic. It certainly can’t hurt.

Warming down.

Although some guys do dry jelqing, I suggest sticking only to ‘wet’ jelqing and using a lubricant. The lubricant is up to you. Many guys prefer water-based lubricants like KY-Jelly and Astroglide, while others prefer oil-based lubricants like baby oil or Vaseline. Emo oil is thought to help prevent discoloration, but neither I or Chris can confirm this.

Whatever you do- don’t use soap. Not only does soap hurt if it gets into your penis head, the sodium laurel sulfate (in 98% of soap) is bad your for skin in prolonged exposures.

I’ve got an inch of lenght gain and a 3/8 of girth. I don’t really jelq, I just use a pump. 20 min session every other day. About 2 years ago I started being self conscious about my penis length. I started jelqing and my routine was simple. I relayed on youtube videos for information about jelqing and for about a year and a half my routine was : 10 min warm up, 10 min stretch , 15 min jelq, and 10 min warm up. What to remember when jelqing

1 – When your penis becomes SEMI-ERECT, make the American “A-OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.

2 – Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently but firmly. Stretch downward and outward. You should still be in a semi-erect state. Make sure to touch the penis all the way from the base to the
head. Note that the head of your penis expands with blood.

3 – Switch to the right hand and do the same thing, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic (“milking”) motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head. Do 200-300 strokes/day at medium strength for the first week.

(10 minutes) Do 300-500 strokes/day at medium-full strength for the next week.

(15 minutes) Do 500 or more strokes/day from then on, and as strong as you can make them.  (20 minutes)

There are two factors you can control.

Erection level hardness and tightness of your OK finger grip.

Finger grip tightness is easier and faster to regulate with your mind. Erection level is not.

Although both factors are important – you need to make sure you’re doing both correctly – you should first master your grip because its the easiest to control, correct, and regulate.

However, you have to consider Newton’s Third Law.

It says that for every reaction force, there is an opposite and equal reaction force.

So say your keeping your grip loose. However your erection level is very hard.

That means your penile tissue is not cushioning your jelq stroke, but rather actively pushing against your jelqing grip.

That’s why some guys think that if they use a lighter jelqing grip with a super hard erection they can avoid making the overtraining mistake.

That’s almost correct.

However, in this case, it’s their actual hardness of their penis shaft that is creating the overtraining force that they’re ironically trying to avoid.

Considering all these factors, here’s the biggest thing to do regarding your grip and erection level

Try to use your fingers to grip some shaft and try to get it to roll-over the shaft in front.
Another way of visualizing this is to make your penis look uncircumcised (skin rolling over and covering the glans) as you finish your jelqing stroke (as your fingers reach the base of your glans).

By doing this, you know that you’re stretching your shaft skin and the shaft tissues just under it. These are the tissues that will translate to girth gains.

The second factor that you can control is your erection level.

Again this factor is a little harder to manage, but its still very important.

If there’s only one thing that you take away from this guide, just make sure you’re not rock hard.

This will save you from negative results.

Ok, now that you got that hammered in your mind, let’s see how we can control erection level to optimize our jelqing session.

Here’s the secret. Remember how we just said earlier that we want to get the shaft skin and tissues to roll-over itself as we move the fingers up the shaft?

Erection level actually plays a big role in this effect.

Think of what happens when jelqing with the two extremes of erection level.

We already know what happens when you’re at maximum hardness.

Instead of rolling the tissues, you’re squeezing them together – that’s bad.

You have no core shaft foundation to roll those outer tissues upon!

You can try these two extremes out to see for yourself.

1.Watch ESPN or sports

Jelqing Expectations

Don’t start jelqing it and expect an inch of growth right in the first week. You might get it, you might not.

Just a question…
I used to think my buddy who is way bigger than me (build) had a bigger penis than me b/c of the way it looked under his clothes – ie, boxers, trunks, and even when he had an erection in his pants. I guess I just thought that because there was an evident bulge out in his pants that he had a monster. Well, I now know that he’s only about 2 1/2 inches soft, and so probably about 5 or so or a bit more hard (I’m about 4.something and 7 or so.) Anyhoo, mine kind of hangs down, as do my testicles, and so I guess, as I’m kind of thin (not huge muscley legs as he does) it doesn’t make that much of an impression/outline in my boxers or swim trunks. He, on the other hand, looks bigger b/c there’s always this thing pointing more outward… I’ve niticed this with other guys… and I was wondering if it’s true that those who might LOOK like they have something big actually only look that way b/c of the way it’s positioned. Ie, his is kind of short (altho’ with pretty big balls) and so it sticks out more than it hangs down – hence, under boxers or trunks it LOOKS like it pretty big.
Anyhoo, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this, or if anyone with a penis his size coulld testify as to the validity of my conclusion.

I’d say that you have probably figured this one out. I suppose it all has to do with position. Certainly the size of testicles and whether they “hang” are remain close would play a role here as well. It may also be that the type of underwear plays a role as well. I’ve not really been that curious about the size of others but have wondered about why some of us appear to have that buldge thing going on and others seem to have some “pointed” nature to the clothing.

I think there are a number of factors here…
1. What kind of pants are they wearing. Some pants have that low rider look to them and can accent the groin area. Also “stretch” pants, like kenneth cole or banana republic have these types of effects.
2. Underwear and how closely they hold everything together. I have seen guys who wear tight undies, their buldges look huge but its because everything is tightly together.
3. Penis size changes at times because of blood flow, environment (cold vs hot). etc…

I had to grin on this topic–I think every guy is concerned about his “appearance” in this department, whether from a wish to show off, or a wish to appear modest. Size may be a factor, but I think everyone here is right: there are a bunch of factors, as they state. However, even if a short guy has an average-sized penis, it might seem bigger than that of a tall guy with the same sized dick because of proportions. Also, my current girlfriend told me that she could tell I had a big dick when we first met because of my confidence. It’s a stretch but this may suggest that, if a short guy shows confidence, girls will perceive him to have a large package.

I’ve posted before about my concerns for my little boy. Background: he was born with a congenital buried penis that is also below average in size (about 3.5 cm and he is 2). Basically, the penis developed normally in utero but the shaft skin around it did not and was fused to the scrotum so it looked like all he had was foreskin and no actual penile shaft. He had surgery to “correct” the anomaly and now, a tiny bit of shaft pokes out but the rest is concealed in his pubic area (although he is not chubby, he has a little bit of fat there). I worry every day for him (about future teasing and adult relationships) as his penis looks nothing like other boys and appears minute.

Anyway, on to potty training. He sees his little friends using the potty and wants to try. When he sits down, nearly all of his penis retracts in to his body with maybe just 1cm of foreskin poking straight out. He CAN sit on the potty backwards and wee and the back of the potty stops the wee shooting out on the floor. He CAN sit on the trainer seat on the adult loo and, if he sits far back and leans forward, he can just about direct the stream against the splash guard so it kind of goes in to the loo. He tries to push what little of his penis pokes out of his body down to direct the stream.

The problem is, with both of these methods, he has to remove all clothing from his lower half so he can get his legs far apart. At preschool and later, school, they are supposed to go independently and I’ve no idea how this can work for my boy. Is he going to have to take all his lower clothes off every time he needs to pee for years to come? I got so upset today as I decided to try to have him sit on his trainer seat towards the front of the loo so he could keep his legs closer together and keep his trousers on. The result was that pee went right over the guard even though he tried his best to push himself down. In that position, there was literally nothing for him to push down as it all disappeared into his body. We both ended up covered in pee, he got upset and said “Sorry mummy”. That just broke my heart and now I am terrified he is going to feel bad as all his friends can use a loo normally.

Does any one have any advice please? I thought about trying to get him to pee standing but there’s so little to hold and he will need to learn to sit for when he needs to poo and wee at once.SauceForTheGander, I am getting way ahead of myself here but, did your DS have trouble with dribbling wee on clothes when standing? I’m sorry to be so graphic but have been wondering how my DS will cope, when older, with dealing with urinating standing, flies and not getting wee on his clothes as it doesn’t seem like he has enough penile length to wee out away from his trousers, if that makes sense.

I have no idea at what age boys start wearing the kind of undies that have a hole/fly thing in them. Sorry, it feels almost wrong to be asking such questions but I literally have no idea how this is going to work and I am worried about bullying at school if my lad cannot wee like his classmates.This side effect pretty much encompasses the entire list, but can be spotted through a few simple behaviors. Men who have tiny penises normally over compensate by attempting to own expensive things. For example, a man driving a Ferrari probably has a really small dick. Being from the South, I unfortunately witness this display of small penisry on a daily basis. Other than the fact that men who drive jacked up trucks are more than likely huge douche bags who still believe women belong in the kitchen, they are definitely suffering from small penis syndrome. This category of men is probably suffering the most, actually. As I like to say, “the bigger the lift, the smaller the dick.” A man’s penis also grows smaller with every inch of camouflage that lines his interior and/or ignorant stickers that refer to the truck they are stuck on. These men usually exert their frustrations with their small penis by revving their engine for no reason. A man with a small penis lets his vehicle serve as his penis.
